Let us see the site before we price it
A short visit saves weeks of guesswork. Choose a date and tell us a little about the property.
Drawings and photographs rarely show what matters most: how water moves across the stand, what the existing structure is really made of, where services run and how the contractor will get materials in. A visit lets us answer those questions properly and give you a quotation you can rely on.
Use the booking form below. We confirm the appointment with you before we arrive.
What we look at
Ground levels and drainage, access for trucks and materials, existing structures and services, signs of damp or cracking, boundaries and neighbouring properties. For renovations we also look at the condition of the building fabric and anything that might affect compliance.
What to have ready
Any plans or title deed information you have, a list of what you would like done and your priorities on budget and timing. If you are part of a body corporate or estate, mention their approval rules.
Photographs taken before the visit, and the name of anyone else who should attend, such as your architect or managing agent, are useful too.
After the visit
We follow up with a written quotation, or advise if plans or engineering input are needed first. Prefer to start with a quick estimate? Use the quote form instead, or ask our building assistant in the chat.
Visiting estates and complexes
If the property is in an estate or sectional-title scheme, tell us the access procedure so we arrive with the right paperwork. We can also review your scheme's rules for contractors before we quote.
Common questions
Do I need to be there?
It helps, as you can show us what you have in mind. If not, someone with access to the site and authority to discuss the job is enough.
Which areas do you visit?
Midrand and greater Gauteng, and further afield by arrangement. See areas we serve.
