Who we are looking for
Bricklayers, plasterers, carpenters, painters, tilers, plumbers, electricians, roofers, ceiling installers and paving teams, along with site agents, foremen, safety officers, estimators, draughtspeople and project managers. We also welcome general workers who want to learn a trade.
Most roles are project-based and located across Midrand and greater Gauteng.
Working with us
We expect punctuality, honest reporting, respect for clients and colleagues and adherence to safety rules. In return we aim for clear instructions, reasonable lead time on work and payment as agreed. Training on safety and on the standards for each trade is part of the job.
Subcontractor registration
Subcontractors should provide company details, the trades they offer, areas they cover and supporting documents, such as proof of registration where relevant, tax and insurance details, and references. Electrical and plumbing subcontractors must show the registrations that allow them to issue Certificates of Compliance. Subcontractors are required to follow our health and safety rules.
If you are a subcontractor, send details of recent comparable work so that we can match you to suitable projects.
