What helps us quote accurately
Where the property is, what you want done and what you already have in terms of approved plans, drawings or specifications. Mention if the building is occupied, whether there are access restrictions and any date you need to work toward.
Information that speeds things up
Photos of the area, measurements if you have them, existing plans, a photo of anything that needs repair and your preferred timing. For renovations, tell us the age of the building and whether you know of previous damp, cracks or electrical problems.
What happens next
We review your enquiry and contact you to clarify anything we need. Where necessary we visit the site. You then receive a written quotation with the scope, inclusions and exclusions, so you can compare it fairly. There is no obligation to proceed. Need help first? If your project is a new building, an extension or any structural change, we may recommend that plans and approvals are sorted before the final price is fixed, so that what we quote matches what the municipality allows.
